
Twilight Bloom Kombucha Elixir Butterfly Pea Tea
Recipe:
Equal Parts: Chamomile, Blue Cornflower, Passionflower, Butterfly Pea Flowers, Lemon Verbena, and Pink Rosebuds.
Brew a small amount into a tea, add honey (to taste), and a lemon slice… and watch the magic happen. (Or something to that effect?)

Each of the ingredients possesses soothing, relaxing, and sleep-enhancing properties without the side effects of over-the-counter sleep aids. Plus: it tastes great!

A layered, color-changing mocktail with deep berry and floral notes.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers
- 1 tbsp dried elderberries
- 1 tbsp dried goji berries
- 1 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- ½ tsp dried lavender
- 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp Kombucha Vinegar or Jun (for color-changing effect – sub for Lemon juice if you don’t have Kombucha Vinegar on hand!)
- Sparkling water or tonic water (to top)
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: Fresh lavender sprigs, lemon slices, or edible flowers

Instructions:
- Make the Herbal Tea Base:
• In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
• Add the butterfly pea flowers, elderberries, goji berries, hibiscus, and lavender.
• Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to extract flavors and nutrients.
• Remove from heat and strain into a heatproof container.
• Stir in honey or agave syrup while still warm, then let cool completely. - Prepare the Mocktail:
• Fill a glass with ice.
• Pour the cooled herbal infusion until the glass is about ¾ full.
• Slowly add ½ tsp Kombucha vinegar or Jun — watch the butterfly pea flower tea shift from blue to purple.
• Top with sparkling water or tonic water for a fizzy finish. - Garnish & Serve:
• Add a sprig of fresh lavender, a lemon slice, or edible flowers for visual appeal.
• Stir lightly before sipping to enjoy the full flavor profile.
